Basic Holistic Health & Foot ReflexologyWhole-person health paired with practical reflexology.

Foot ReflexologyA hands-on introduction to reflex points in the feet and hands.

A powerful healing force that relaxes the body, calms tense muscles and nourishes the body as a whole. It brings balance to the structural, chemical and spiritual parts of a person through the reflex points of the feet and hands — most commonly used for stress relief and relaxation.

Holistic Health WorkshopEveryday habits for wellbeing across five dimensions.

An introduction to Holistic Health and its five dimensions — self-responsibility, nutritional awareness, physical fitness, stress management and environmental sensitivity. It covers the basic factors of being healthy: the role of air, water and sunlight; body movement, rest and sleep; positive thought and attitude as a way of life; and herbal home remedies for simple ailments.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)A tapping technique based on acupressure points.

A fast-evolving technique within Energy Psychology, based on the principles of Chinese acupuncture — an emotional version of acupuncture. A simple, quick tapping technique on acupressure points.

Relaxation, Guided Imagery & VisualizationGuided practices for rest and self-regulation.

Aimed at deep relaxation and reduced physiological and emotional stress: self-regulation and awareness, restoring physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance, improving creativity, productivity and sleep while reducing fatigue.

Stress Management & AssertivenessA half-day session on stress and speaking for oneself.

A half-day session at the Healing Centre on recognising stress, managing it, and speaking for oneself clearly and without conflict. Also taken out to colleges and community groups.
